What is Triple Scent?

Fragrance Structure

The concept of Triple Scent relates to the Top, Middle, and Base Notes of a fragrance, which are the key components that create the structure of its aromatic profile.

Top Notes are the initial scents detected upon application, often light and fleeting, lasting approximately 5-10 minutes. These notes provide the first impression of the fragrance.

Middle Notes emerge following the initial phase, also known as the heart of the fragrance. These notes are more robust and enduring, forming the core character of the scent. They typically last longer than the Top Notes and begin to intertwine with the Base Notes as they develop.

Base Notes finally the make their presence known, providing depth and longevity to the fragrance. These notes are the foundation, often rich and lingering, ensuring that the scent remains perceptible for an extended period.

Understanding these distinct stages helps in appreciating the complexity and evolution of a well-crafted fragrance.

How long do your candles typically burn?

Our candles burn for approximately 60 hours. You will get the most from the life of your candle by following safe candle burning protocols.

What are the best practices for burning candles safely?

We want you to enjoy every moment of your Lulubell Scented Candle, however the use of candles requires caution and awareness of the associated risks, so please ensure you always follow these safety precautions.

  • Trim candlewicks to 5-7mm each time before burning.
  • Never burn a candle more than 4 hours at a one time.
  • Never burn a candle all the way down. Discontinue burning when no less than 10mm of wax remains in the container.
  • Extinguish a candle if the wick starts to loose its centre. Using a wick dipper move the wick to the centre and cool to reset the wax.
  • Keep burning candles away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, etc.
  • Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Be sure the candle is placed on a heat-resistant surface. This can help prevent heat damage to underlying surfaces.
  • Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.
  • Never touch or move a burning candle or container candle when the wax is liquid.
  • Use a snuffer to extinguish a candle. It’s the safest way to prevent hot wax splatters.
  • Extinguish a candle if it smokes, flickers, or the flame becomes too high. Trim the wick, before relighting.
  • Never use a candle as a night light.

Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?

We often have discounts and free shipping options running online. The best was to stay informed of these is to subscribe to our mailing list so you will be notified of all savings as they happen.

We also have subscribe and save options which you can activate to save 15% on each order if you wish. This option allows you to choose from every one month, two month or three month delivery options. A great way to never run out of your favourites.

Can I return or exchange a candle if I'm not satisfied?

We do have a return policy if you wish to return a product you don't wish to keep. If the product is intact and unused, in this case the shipping cost for return is the buyers responsibility and refund or exchange can be processed once goods are received undamaged and in original condition.

A great way to ensure you order only your favourite fragrances and avoid returns is to try a Candle Sampler, this will allow you to try multiple fragrances and find a fragrance or multiple fragrances you love.

If you receive your order with damages please reach out to our customer service so we can take care of this for you. In this case a refund or replacement will be processed.
